Notes: This new chapter is the fifth one. After this, I will put the project back into my "back-burner" rotation and start work on another one. Five chapters completed in this project, however, means that I'm halfway to finishing the novel, so I will likely put it nearer to the top of the list so that I can finish it sooner.
