2. Book Three Melody: Primary edit number three of chapter fourteen

3. Rapscallion: Read-through of chapter one

4. Angel: Book Three: Read-through of chapter one

5. Rumpel: 400 new words
Notes: Sticking a rusty fork into the backs of the bad philosophies present on Once Upon A Time is a distinct pleasure.

6. Random Chance: Off

7. LOTR: Read-through of chapter seven

8. Port Story: Off till 4/22

Special Projects: Transcribing Montaigne: 2/3; work on "Looking Out Her Bedroom Window"

Extra notes: I'm working on a new habit, which is to avoid news sites at night. It forces me to do things like watch YouTube videos or work on an illustration.

Here are some of the videos I have recently watched--or rewatched. Or re-rewatched.

Martin Kove talking about John Kreese. Very interesting.

Robert Reich on everything you need to know about the "New Economy." Insightful, but a little too close to "news," so in the future I think I'll watch related videos during the day.

"Let It Go" (epic metal cover by Connor Engstrom music). Because I wanted to round my views of it to an even million.

"The Man That Stops the Monsters." Because Dr. Who before bed is always a great way to end a day.

"Marcus Aurelius--How to Build Self-Discipline." Because I'm a fan of the late, great Roman Emperor, and I think he has some good things to say. A good video.

More Doctor Who excellence. How great would it be to gaze at an alien threat and say, "Hello. I'm (insert your name here)," and have the alien threat and its big eyeball zoom out of harm's way?

A short video featuring Linc the Sink and T-Bag. Because both are so fucking awesome.

A great video by Soul Pancake: "That Moment I Realized Women Can Be Rock Stars Too."

Enjoy!
