Extra notes: A great post by Seth Godin today: "Clearing the table." I strongly recommend it, especially to those of you who love to see competition in and among "free markets" (quoted because there really is no such thing), and so hate corporations with far too much power. Like Google. Like Amazon. Like Facebook.

And yes, I am fully aware that this blog is on Google's platform. I don't make Google money here; and I will never put Google ads up here, either. People discover me largely through chance; or, as with several stalkers back in Colorado, by ... well, stalking me. They knew me beforehand.

(Hi, Todd! Hi, Stephanie!)

Because I don't make money my first priority with respect to this blog, or my novels, Google (and Amazon too, before I stopped publishing to their platform) treat me like so many individuals have treated me during my life--as a total nobody. I'm used to it.

If we are to survive as a species, corporations as we now allow them to exist must cease to exist. I am one hundred percent certain of this. Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple are giant tumors on this society, and on this world. It's way past time to grab the scalpels and get to work.

I hope you have a great Sunday.
