My thanks to all who have visited this blog; but in particular I'd like to thank those who regularly visit it. I very much value your time and attention.

Kye and I are going to see the latest Mary Poppins film tomorrow in Brookings. I'm really excited. It seems that the producers really went all out for it, and are treating the story as they should: with deep reverence and respect.

Tomorrow is also the Solstice. This, to me, is a very special day, probably at least as special as Christmas has ever been. I feel on such days a palpable part of something larger--much larger--than myself. I feel part of the Cosmos, and my petty little worries and complaints are quickly given a much needed inoculation of perspective. In this day and age, perspective is needed more than ever.

I hope wherever in the world you are, that tomorrow finds you well, reflective, happy, and motivated more than ever to join the revolution to save this world, the only one we've got.
