Tasks

1. Failure: Read-through

2. Book Three Melody: Read-through
Notes: This is shaping up to be a grand chapter.

3. Watson: 400 new words
Notes: Slow-going. Fighting to find focus. Pacing.

4. Slum: 300 new words
Notes: I'm getting nearer to the end, which I might reach by this time next week.

5. Love Story: Read-through
Notes: Heart-breaking. It has fed my depression this week, no doubt about it, just as Slum above has.

6. Rumpel: 400 new words
Notes: Movement today on this tale. I'm pleased with how it reads so far.

7. Ant story: Read-through
Notes: I'm finding the focus here, a little bit at a time.

8. Dread Pirate Roberts (2): Off till next Tuesday.

Extra notes: A needed day off tomorrow! Whew! My production this week has been very high, and I can definitely feel it. I get to 10 or 11 pm and am falling over dead tired.

We're heading to Brookings for more medical care for Kye, who's really been through the ringer the past week-plus, and for more errands, groceries, etc. These days off--Friday and Sunday for me--are so necessary to recharge my batteries. Sunday, especially, I struggle to do as little as possible. I say "struggle" because it's difficult for me to just chill out and relax. I feel like a laggard. Contradictorily, I often feel inspired to write an essay or rant on Sunday. Many times I do. Oh, well. I'm not perfect. Never said I was.

Spring is in full bloom up here. It's beautiful, fragrant, and calming all by itself.
