1. Failure: Primary edit of chapter 19
Notes: I'll send this chapter to Kye on Tuesday.

2. Book Three Melody: 400 new words
Notes: It's been since late October since I've actually written about Melody!

3. Watson: Off till next Saturday

4. Slum: Off

5. T-Bag: 500 new words
Notes: I might be able to finish this first chapter next week!

6. Love Story: Off

7. Rumpel: Read-through
Notes: Slow going. New projects often are, especially fan-fiction ones.

8. Ant story: Off till Angel: Book Two is launched. Probably sometime in early April.

Extra notes:

Book Two of Angel is reading much better than I thought it would. The (very) hard work I spent the last eight months editing the story really paid off this time. Kye and I are six chapters in, with another one or two on deck to read tonight. It's been great fun.

I've decided to make Book Two free at Smashwords for four days upon its launch. I've really got nothing to lose in doing so; maybe thirty people total will download it in that time span; and of those, maybe one will read even a single chapter of it.

I'm reading a history on my "off hours" of the south coast of Oregon to prepare for Book Three, which is probably still a good half-year yet from becoming an active project. It's going to be a Western. I want to get some basics of the history of this area down before beginning it.

It's been very gratifying today starting Chapter Eleven of Book Three of Melody. I've missed our titular hero. Her story is ready to continue to be told. Like Yaeko, she has given me a very strong handle on my life, especially during times of trouble. Those who insist on a hard demarcation between fact and fiction, however they define them, are people I've found to be the least sane and decent of the lot.

One more note: Happy birthday, Mom. I love you.
